Position Overview:
As a Licensed Insurance Agency Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, servicing client needs, and selling a variety of personal and commercial insurance products. This is a high-opportunity role with a generous commission structure for producers who are motivated and ready to grow.

80% commission on new business
25% commission on renewals

Property & Casualty Insurance License
Life & Health Insurance License
Prior insurance sales experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new insurance sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and leads
Assess client insurance needs and provide tailored product solutions
Develop strong client relationships to foster retention and referrals
Manage the full sales cycle, from quoting to policy issuance
Provide ongoing client support and policy reviews
