This role is built for someone who wants to learn the insurance business the right way—by doing it, not just talking about it. You’ll work directly with an established Farmers Agent in Platte Woods who has spent over 8 years helping clients make smart, personalized insurance decisions across the Kansas City metro.
Day to day, you’ll be in front of customers—having real conversations, learning how to ask the right questions, and helping people understand coverage that actually fits their lives and businesses. You’ll be prospecting, quoting, and closing business, but you’ll also learn how an agency truly runs: managing relationships, retaining clients, and building long-term value, not just quick wins.
This isn’t a desk job or a script-reading role. You’ll be coached, challenged, and trusted to grow. Over time, you’ll build your own book of business while gaining hands-on exposure to the skills needed to eventually become an Agent.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
