We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Medicare Sales Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare options and help them select the most appropriate plans based on their healthcare needs and financial situations. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to compliance, and a strong understanding of Medicare products.

Salary Range: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with using technology (CRM software, virtual meeting platforms, etc.).
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines and Medicare enrollment periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Assist clients in understanding their Medicare options including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
• Conduct outbound and/or inbound calls, virtual meetings, or in-person consultations to assess client needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on all CMS regulations and plan changes.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing service and support.
• Meet sales goals and maintain required performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments using CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
