Our growing insurance agency is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to support our business clients with expert guidance, personalized service, and tailored insurance solutions.

In this dynamic role, you will provide quotes, process policy changes, and cross-sell additional products to protect what matters most to our commercial clients. Salary Range: $17.25 - $20.00 per hour

• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.

• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to commercial insurance clients.
• Prepare accurate rate quotes for various commercial lines, including general liability, property, workers' comp, commercial auto, and umbrella policies.
• Cross-sell additional products such as business life insurance, cyber liability, and professional liability at every opportunity.
• Consistently ask for referrals and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Set up and maintain files for new business accounts and policy renewals.
• Monitor policy cancellations and proactively reach out to clients to prevent coverage gaps.
• Assist in preparing for client review meetings by updating quotes, gathering policy info, and noting account changes.
• Update client and policy information in agency management systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate agency communications, including welcome and thank-you letters for new and renewing clients.
