• Sales and service experience is a plus.
• Property & Casualty & Life licensed preferred.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable and open to getting their insurance license.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Having or Obtaining a license in Life and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is mandatory!
