Become part of the Jaron Gallegos Farmers Insurance Agency team as a Customer Service Representative. Our office is located at 7901, Southpark Plaza, Littleton, CO 80120.

In this role, you’ll support policyholders with day-to-day service needs, answer questions, and help ensure an excellent customer experience. You’ll also help identify coverage needs and share additional product options when appropriate—earning commission for cross-sales you contribute to.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life license is preferred; willing to consider candidates interested in obtaining licensure (support available)
• Prior experience in customer service and/or insurance is strongly preferred
• Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and dependable follow-through
• Professional, service-minded approach with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and in person while providing timely, accurate support
• Assist with policy servicing, including updates, endorsements, billing requests, payments, and documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate customer records and follow internal procedures for compliance
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products based on customer needs and agency guidelines
• Partner with licensed team members to support retention and sales targets
• Earn commission on eligible cross-sales you help generate
