Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Training and licensing assistance will be provided

• Must be able to obtain the property and casualty/life & disability license.
• 1 year of prior customer service experience is required
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish to cater to diverse clientele.
• A strong commitment to providing top-notch client services and enhancing the customer experience.
• Must be comfortable cold calling

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

• Take premium payments from customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual.
• Handle customer renewals.
