Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Tennessee Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in insurance sales or a similar client-facing role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client interaction.

Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping clients and providing outstanding service.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various client accounts and needs.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Policy Analysis: Evaluate existing policies to identify gaps and opportunities for additional coverage.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing questions and concerns about their insurance policies.

Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell insurance products and services to new and existing clients.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to best position our services in the market.

Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with team members to develop strategies that meet company sales targets and objectives.
