• Must have an active North Carolina P&C insurance license.
• Must be proficient in Personal Lines with 3+ years experience preferred.
• Meaningful designation preferred. 
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

• Be the essential link between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the agency.
• Assist our producers in servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Respond to all inquiries and client requests, in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
