Proven customer service experience, ideally within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using computer systems and insurance software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.

Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and billing questions.

Process new insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Explain policy coverage, benefits, and exclusions clearly to clients.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain policyholder records and update information in the agency management system.

Collaborate with agents to identify customer needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions.
