The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is an intensive and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to build a business in the insurance industry. As a Protégé Agent, you will receive world-class training and support to develop your skills and knowledge, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into an independent Farmers Insurance Agent.

Upon successful completion of the Protégé Program, participants have the opportunity to become an independent Farmers Insurance Agency Owner 

Salary Range: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Access to a comprehensive training program and mentorship from a successful Farmers Agent

- Ability to obtain necessary state insurance licenses (Farmers will provide support).

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.

- Sales & Business Development: Develop a book of business by actively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships within the community.

- Insurance Solutions: Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.

- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.

- Training & Mentorship: Participate in a comprehensive training program and receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent.

- Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.

- Agency Operations: Assist in daily agency operations, including policy servicing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
