We're seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective and existing clients, provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs, and contribute to the agency's continued growth through sales and community engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Help clients select policies that best fit their needs and budget
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community events, and outbound sales activities
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review goals, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
