Salary Range: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Requirements
o Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
o Strong proficiency in microsoft platforms
o Experience with reporting and analytics
o Strong attention to detail
o Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or trends
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Responsibilities
o Provide administrative support to leadership and production teams
o Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports including:
o Spam compliance and deliverability reports
o Producer performance metrics
o Commission tracking and payout summaries
o Monitor and audit data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
o Maintain organized digital records, spreadsheets, and databases
o Assist with auditing workflows, identifying errors, trends, or risks
o Perform general administrative tasks (scheduling, documentation, correspondence)
