Requirements
Insurance Sales Representative
- Active Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, online quoting tools)
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Time management and organizational skills
