• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate) is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is a plus.
• A genuine enthusiasm for how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their dreams.
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to present products to potential customers confidently.
• Property and Casualty license is preferred. (Licensing assistance is provided)
• Life and Health license is preferred. (Licensing assistance is provided)

• Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable insurance products and services.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and providing solutions.
• Present insurance options to potential customers, guiding them through the decision-making process.
