As a Insurance Sales Representative at the Farmers Insurance Jacob Eaton Agency you will review Auto, Home, and Specialty insurance policies performance and communicate with clients regarding their policies performance. In addition, you will generate appropriate notices that outline risks. A critical responsibility of this role is the ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with external and internal clients.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• Active Life and Health License in KS and MO required, can be obtained, not required to apply
• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

• Contact and qualify prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close the sale.
• Calls on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to suggest additions or changes in an insurance program, and closes the sale.
• Anticipates future needs and calls on established clients to renew and upgrade accounts.
• Develops long-term relationships with clients and underwriters.
• Assist clients with concerns and service issues as needed
• Reach agreed upon sales targets monthly
