We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This part-time, in-office role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service in the insurance industry.

Compensation Structure (15–30 hours/week)

Entry-Level Candidates:

Competitive part-time base salary starting at $28,600/year

Performance-based bonuses for sales, reviews, and customer satisfaction

Experienced Candidates:

Competitive part-time base salary starting at $38,220/year

Sign-on bonus available

Uncapped commission + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

Assist current customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support

Educate clients on coverage options, available discounts, and policy features

Deliver timely, friendly, and efficient service to maintain high satisfaction

Identify bundling and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in our CRM

Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Must be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C)

Customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
