This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow into a full Office Manager role within the next 18 months.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Life & Health License a plus)
Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience required
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle service workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with leadership potential and the ability to multitask
Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and working in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset with interest in long-term leadership within the agency
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing clients
Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, claims follow-up, and coverage questions
Assist with team support and daily operations across both sales and service functions
Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and retention
Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulations
Work closely with the agency owner and management team on process improvements
Take ownership of operational excellence and team collaboration
Maintain a positive and professional presence with clients and staff
