Compensation Structure
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities - Entry Level Candidates
Competitive base salary starting at 43,000 per year
Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for sales, reviews, and customer satisfaction
Total compensation potential: $43,000 to $63,000 per year
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities - Experienced Level Candidates
Competitive base salary starting at 46,000 per year
Sign on Bonus
Opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for sales, reviews, and customer satisfaction
Total compensation potential: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
Commission are uncapped
What You’ll Do
· Assist current customers with policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
· Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and available discounts
· Provide fast and efficient service to maintain high customer satisfaction
· Work closely with the sales team to identify bundling opportunities for added customer savings
· Utilize agency tools and technology to track customer interactions and follow-ups

Who We’re Looking For
· Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) required
· Customer service experience preferred (Insurance experience is a plus!)
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
