• $3,000 monthly base PLUS a tiered commission structure that's more competitive than most agencies—loaded with incentives and bonuses that reward your performance. The harder you work, the more you make. Period.
• Real earning potential. Our top producers earn $70,000–$90,000 annually—and that's a target you can realistically work toward with drive and the right coaching.

Your path with us:

We believe in setting people up to win, which is why every producer starts by mastering the fundamentals. You'll begin in a telemarketing role—learning how we talk to clients, how we identify needs, and how we build trust over the phone. Once you've proven yourself and built a strong foundation, you'll move into a full sales producer role, writing your own business and earning full commission. It's a proven path, and it's how our top earners got their start. If you're driven and coachable, you won't stay at the starting line for long.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
