Salary Range: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Must obtain the appropriate licensing for insurance sales within a specific timeframe after hire.
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in sales or customer service roles, especially within insurance.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging with clients effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software and various digital communication platforms.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire an in-depth understanding of our diverse insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Lead Conversion: Identify sales opportunities from incoming leads and skillfully convert them into new policyholders.
  • Portfolio Enhancement: Advise clients on additional coverage options to round out their insurance portfolios.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries promptly and provide expert advice to resolve their insurance-related concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and share best practices.
  • Industry Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to deliver informed and relevant advice.
