Salary Range: $20,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in handling inquiries and managing records.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time from the Chillicothe, Missouri office.
- Ability to obtain Missouri P&C licensing
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to address and resolve their inquiries and issues.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring effective resolutions within a timely manner.
- Account Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and departments to enhance the customer service experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve the company's services and products, and report the insights to management.
