The position offers a base salary with first-year earning potential, including base salary, commission, and benefits, expected to reach $80,000+.

Requirements
  • License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Sales experience is required. Insurance experience is strongly preferred.

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
