Requirements

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Career minded vision.


Current insurance license or willing to get insurance license (property and casualty, life and health)

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Hire and retain staff
