Insurance Customer Service Sales Representative


Job Overview

We are looking to add high quality customer service members to our team.

Our team is devoted to helping our clients protect what matters most, and we are committed to providing 5 star customer service to everyone who is insured with our agency.

Your role will be to assist existing clients with their servicing needs, as well as actively look for cross sell opportunities. 

Above all, you will join a team that is positive, upbeat and supportive of you and your goals! 

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
