• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required, Life & Health a plus).
• Experience in account management, sales, or both in the insurance industry.
• Strong ability to handle client servicing while driving new business for the agency.
• A goal-oriented, motivated mindset—ready to exceed both retention and sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, AMS, and quoting platforms.

• Manage a select group of existing agency accounts, handling policy changes, renewals, and client inquiries.
• Proactively generate new business, leveraging inbound leads and targeted outreach to expand the agency’s portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Leverage AIG’s high-quality leads, automation tools, and proven sales playbook to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage solutions for new and existing clients.
• Balance client service responsibilities and new business development, ensuring both agency growth and retention goals are met.
