• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required).
• 2+ years of experience in an account management, customer service, or underwriting role in the insurance industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills—ability to handle multiple client needs efficiently.
• A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client service.
• Comfortable with CRM, agency management software (AMS), and digital communication tools.
• A team player who enjoys an engaging, rewarding, and people-focused work environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling inquiries, endorsements, and policy changes with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage policy renewals, proactively reviewing accounts to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
• Collaborate with sales producers to seamlessly onboard and support new clients.
• Work closely with underwriters and carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the CRM and AMS.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals.
