Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• Preferred to previously worked in a sales role which included responsibility for closing deals
• Comfortable using a proven sales process that is designed to help you close more deals efficiently
• Open to ongoing coaching, training, and feed back tom improve your sales performance
• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required, Life & Health a plus).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Engage in continuous coaching and mentorship to refine your skills and maximize results.
