Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:


  • Licensing: Active P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License required.
  • Experience: Sales experience or a client-facing role is a plus, but we’ll coach the right attitude and drive.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented individuals who thrive on winning.
  • Adaptability: Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Personality: Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player who loves competition and having fun.


Hours of Operation:

  • Monday – Friday: 2 Shifts Available
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
  • Flex Time: Employees can flex weekday hours to accommodate part-time or full-time Saturday shifts, providing greater flexibility in work schedules.
Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:


As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic and driven team to help individuals and businesses protect their assets. Your primary responsibilities include:

Developing personalized insurance quotes, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals.


  • Engaging with leads and nurturing relationships with prospects.
  • Building and maintaining a database of current and potential clients using state-of-the-art CRM tools.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competing products, and services.
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall success.
