Salary Range: $40,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about J.M. Insurance & Financial Inc.'s products and services.
Assist customers with account management, policy changes, and general questions.
Document all customer interactions accurately in our system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
