We are looking for someone with sales or customer service experience to join one of our top-performing Farmers Insurance agencies as an Insurance Sales Representative. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Job Requirements:
Licensing: (Property & Casualty) 40 hours & (Life & Health) 40 hours (Licensing assistance available)
Customer Service Experience: A must-have for this role.
Previous Insurance Experience: Experience with Farmers, AllState, Aflac, or similar is preferred but not required.
Self-Motivation & Strong Work Ethic: You’ll need to be driven, reliable, and eager to learn.

Identify Customer Needs: Establish customer requirements and expectations to recommend tailored insurance products.
Cross-Sell & Upsell: Offer appropriate products to existing customers to meet evolving needs.
New Business Development: Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies to grow the agency’s client base.
Client Interaction: Record and manage client interactions, documenting inquiries, requests, and actions taken.
Annual Review Support: Assist with annual reviews, preparing personalized recommendations based on identified needs.
Claims Support: Understand and assist with the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and adjusters.
