Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with virtual collaboration tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and make decisions effectively.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals at all levels.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing text or email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Previous experience working with self-employed professionals or small business owners.
Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups with clients and prospective leads.
  • Client Communication: Assist in drafting and sending client emails, text campaigns, and follow-up messages to maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Document Preparation: Create and maintain professional documents such as quotes, proposals, and client resources.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Schedule client consultations and assist with rescheduling or confirming appointments as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with creating and managing social media posts, campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and other business systems.
