Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized, self-motivated, and work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Desire to grow professionally through ongoing training and development opportunities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual(preferred not required)

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through coverage options including auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance products.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Build lasting client relationships by understanding individual needs and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Assist clients with quotes, policy updates, coverage reviews, claims questions, and general account support in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
  • Work alongside team members to support growth initiatives and achieve performance goals.
  • Take part in ongoing training and development programs focused on sales, client management, and leadership growth.
