This isn’t a sit-back customer service role. You’ll be actively working leads, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue every day — with the opportunity to earn more based on your results.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying busy, and turning effort into results. If you’re motivated and like the idea of growing your income, you’ll fit well here.

• Comfortable speaking with clients (phone, text, in person)
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
• Consistent with follow-up and daily activity
• Coachable and open to learning a proven sales process
• Organized and able to manage leads and tasks
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is a plus (not required)
• Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required to succeed in role)
