Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active insurance license in Michigan or the ability to obtain one promptly.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly within the insurance industry, is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for assisting clients in finding personalized insurance solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including CRM software and other digital communication tools.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs creatively.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.

Proactive Outreach: Reach out to potential customers, educating them on available insurance products and services.

Policy Management: Assist clients in policy renewals, updates, and alterations, ensuring their coverage remains optimal.

Customer Service: Provide responsive and attentive service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

Market Research: Stay informed of industry trends to provide the most current advice and solutions to clients.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
