Additionally, you will be responsible for telemarketing efforts, including outbound calls to potential clients, follow-ups with leads, and appointment setting. Your ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and provide solutions will be key to your success.

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and return all phone messages promptly.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients, follow up on leads, and generate interest in our insurance products.
• Meet appointment-setting goals by scheduling appointments for agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support while processing customer policy change requests.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information or for new business quotes.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during every customer interaction
