This is a commission-only position with the possibility of transitioning to a salaried role based on performance. Our agents enjoy the freedom of working from home and the opportunity to earn up to 90% commission on sales. Your success is our success, and we provide comprehensive support to help you thrive.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
Must have an active California Life Insurance License
Proven experience in life insurance sales / Training available
Strong sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Tech-savvy with the ability to use online sales tools and CRM systems
