Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License preferred.Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Customer Focus: A commitment to exceeding customer expectations.Adaptability: Capable of working efficiently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to build positive relationships.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other communication tools.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and offer tailored advice.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls promptly, responding to inquiries and proposing solutions.
  • Policy Customization: Design insurance plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional policies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends to provide up-to-date advice.
