Insurance Receptionist and Customer Service

This is a full-time position with the expectation to grow within the company. The position will involve answering multiple phone lines quickly while providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including processing policy changes, billing clarification, and other service-type needs. 

A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. Experience with Personal Lines Insurance would be a benefit when relating to our customers and also increase the opportunity to grow quickly within the company.

 

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

  • P&C Insurance License
  • Experience working with Personal Lines Insurance
Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Make outbound calls to clients and carriers
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
