Requirements
  • Active insurance license required
  • Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Homeowners, Auto, and Flood policies
  • Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused
  • Coachable, self-driven, and committed to personal growth
Responsibilities
  • Write and manage new policies for Homeowners, Auto, and Flood insurance
  • Educate clients on coverage options and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Leverage technology to quote, submit, and track applications efficiently
  • Represent the agency with professionalism, confidence, and care
