Job Description:
We're committed to providing our clients with outstanding customer service and support. We're seeking a friendly and reliable Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing customer accounts, answering inquiries, and providing personalized insurance solutions. To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional communication skills, a cheerful attitude, and a strong passion for helping others. If you are an experienced insurance customer service representative looking for a new opportunity, this is the place for you. You must have an active Property and Casualty License and experience in the insurance industry. Applicants can expect a base salary between 38,000 - $48,000 per year based on experience. In addition, we offer a Monday thru Friday schedule, PTO, and much more!
