Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Oversees creation and management of the operating expenses operating budget and capital budget.
• Accountable for the financial implications of project implementation, systems and services
• Responsible for defining optimization opportunities to manage expenses.
• Expertise with accounting and financial analysis software.
• Responsible for proper accounting in accordance with accounting rules and regulations
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with laws, regulations, or standards.

• Proven leadership competencies and knowledge of financial and business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
• Commissions Processing: Oversee the commissions for all of our Partner Agencies.
• Reporting: Provide IPA company specific reports and also for our Partner Agencies.
• Company Bookkeeping: Oversee the internal bookkeeping for IPA.
• Human Resources: Assist in building out the department and then managing the systems and processes within it.
• Licensing: Manage the employee who oversees the insurance licensing efforts for both agencies and producers.
• Agency Onboarding: Manage the employee who oversees the onboarding of the newly acquired IPA insurance agencies.
