Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR)


Job Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our growing team. This position is responsible for retaining and expanding customer relationships by handling policy reviews, renewals, cross-selling, and onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Farmers Insurance experience, be bilingual in Spanish, and thrive in a high-volume, customer-facing role.

Location: Norman, OK (In-Office)

Start Date: October 2025

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Base Salary: Competitive based on experience

Commission: Based on cross-selling and retention

Bonuses: Performance-based incentives

Salary Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience using Farmers Insurance systems – Required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish – Required (No Exceptions).
  • Active P&C Insurance License – Required.
  • Strong customer service and sales background.
  • Ability to identify client needs and cross-sell effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Farmers’ CRM and agency management systems.
Responsibilities

✔ Meet with customers to review policies, discuss coverage options, and provide recommendations.

✔ Proactively reach out to clients for renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and follow-ups.

✔ Handle customer alerts and policy changes to ensure retention and satisfaction.

✔ Conduct onboarding calls to welcome new clients and explain their policies.

✔ Make 50+ outbound calls per day for follow-ups, renewals, and service check-ins.

✔ Hold 10+ meaningful customer conversations per day to enhance retention and generate referrals.

✔ Educate clients on available products and proactively identify coverage gaps.

✔ Work closely with the sales team to support new business efforts and cross-sell personal, commercial, and life insurance products.

✔ Maintain accurate records in Farmers’ CRM and agency management systems.

✔ Achieve a minimum of $30,000 in written premium per month through cross-selling and renewals.

Cross-sell opportunities on at least 25% of client conversations


Daily Sales & Service Activity:

50+ outbound calls per day

10+ scheduled client meetings per day

Customer retention & policy review meetings


Performance will be measured by:

Monthly premium written

Retention rate of renewals

Cross-selling success rate
