Bilingual Customer Success Manager


Job Overview

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and help us build lasting relationships with our customers. In this part-time role, you’ll focus on providing exceptional service to existing clients while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and expand the value we deliver. You’ll be the go-to person for resolving customer issues, helping them get the most out of our products, and creating strong relationships that drive retention and growth.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish – must be bilingual.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to identify and act on cross-sell opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with products/services.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and promote additional products or services that benefit the customer, increasing account value.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor Customer Health: Track key customer metrics (e.g., usage, engagement) to proactively address concerns or identify opportunities for growth.
  • Onboard & Educate Customers: Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on product features and best practices.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to share customer insights and feedback.
  • Track Customer Success Metrics: Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction, and engagement to assess success and suggest improvements.
