Inside Sales Representative
Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As the first point of contact for potential customers, your primary responsibility will be setting appointments for our sales team. You'll engage with leads, assess their needs, and schedule meetings that will turn them into valuable customers.

Daily Calling Targets
- 100-150 Calls Per Day
- 15-20 Conversations (Live Answers)
- 4-6 Appointments Set Per Day
- 20-30 Appointments Per Week
Call Strategy:
- Mornings (9 AM - 12 PM) → Target business owners, retirees, and professionals before their day gets busy.
- Evenings (5 PM - 7 PM) → Call working professionals & families when they are home.
- Voicemails & Follow-Ups → Every lead gets 3-5 touchpoints via call, text, & email.
Work Schedule:
Option A:
Monday - Wednesday 9am - 12pm; 5pm-7pm
Thursday & Friday 9am - 12pm
Option B:
Monday - Thursday 3pm - 7pm
Saturday 10am - 2pm
Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements
- Prior experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Comfortable with phone-based outreach and managing follow-ups.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently in college.
Responsibilities
- Qualify Leads: Reach out to inbound leads or prospect new ones via phone, email, or social channels.
- Set Appointments: Book qualified appointments for the sales team to close deals.
- Build Relationships: Establish rapport with leads and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process.
- Manage CRM: Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Work with Sales Team: Coordinate with Account Executives or Sales Managers to ensure smooth transitions and meeting preparation.
- Meet Performance Goals: Achieve appointment-setting targets on a weekly or monthly basis.
