We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Personal Lines Producer to join our team! This role is perfect for a licensed insurance professional with at least 2 years of experience using Farmers Insurance systems. As a key sales team member, you will focus on writing auto, home, and renters insurance while building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Base Salary: $36,000 – $48,000/year ($3,000 – $4,000/month)

Commission: 5% – 10% on new business

Bonuses: Performance-based incentives

Leads: Provided

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

✔ Sell and service Personal Lines insurance products (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.).

✔ Identify client needs and provide customized policy solutions.

✔ Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and networking.

✔ Cross-sell additional policies to existing customers.

✔ Maintain accurate records in Farmers’ CRM and agency management system.

✔ Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth.

✔ Communicate fluently in Spanish and English to serve a diverse client base.

Activity & Production Expectations:

Production Goals:

Generate $50,000+ in premium per month.

Close a minimum of 40-50 policies per month.

Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and follow-ups.

Daily Sales Activity:

10+ sales appointments per day (phone or in-person).

50+ outbound calls per day (mix of new leads, follow-ups, and cross-selling).

Proactive engagement with current customers to drive retention & referrals.

Performance will be measured by:

Monthly premium written.

Closing ratio on quoted policies.

Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
