We’re looking for a dedicated Operations & Recruiting Assistant to support day-to-day district activities, assist with recruitment, and contribute to the district’s ongoing growth and success.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive team player who thrives in an operational and recruiting-focused role. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in helping build and grow teams, with a passion for customer service and administrative support. This person will be crucial in managing operations, assisting in recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes within the district.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, recruiting, or insurance roles
• Strong interest in recruiting or human resources with the ability to build relationships
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and office software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and support team members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bilingual is a plus

• Support recruitment efforts by helping to screen, interview, and onboard new agency owners and their teams
• Assist in the onboarding and licensing process for new agents, ensuring a seamless transition into Farmers Insurance
• Organize and maintain district records, ensuring CRM data is up to date and accurate
• Handle administrative duties related to recruiting, training, and district operations
• Coordinate district meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Assist with event coordination for recruitment and district-wide activities
• Support district leadership in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to recruiting and district growth
• Provide administrative support to agency owners, assisting with their needs as they grow their businesses
