Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty (2-20) License is Required for this position

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred. Especially with Homeowners and auto insurance.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

Customer-Centric: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.

People Person: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to accurately offer coverages based on needs of client.

Professional Demeanor: Ability to represent the agency positively in all interactions & be respectful to others.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing personalized consultation on their insurance needs.

Policy Sales: Present and sell suitable insurance policies to clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets. Also take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.

Market Analysis: Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.

Document Preparation: Efficiently manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation, meeting compliance and accuracy standards.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional post-sale service and addressing client questions.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet collective goals and foster a supportive work environment.
