You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, , and provide support in policy renewals and updates. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient service.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology and policies is a plus
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software
  • Must be able to study for 4-40 license and obtain the 4-40 license
  • Reliable Transportation
Responsibilities
  • - Respond to incoming calls from clients and provide prompt and accurate assistance
  • - Address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and claims
  • - Process policy updates, renewals, and cancellations. This includes speaking with mortgage companies to keep policies up to date
  • - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • - Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues, underwriting and ensure exceptional client experience
