Requirements

Licensing: Valid insurance customer service representative (4-40) license is required.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service within the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Assist policyholders with inquiries, claims, and policy clarifications in a professional manner.

Policy Updates: Ensure that clients' insurance policies are up-to-date by processing their requests for amendments and adjustments.

Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer information in the company's database.

Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints efficiently and in a respectful manner, providing satisfactory solutions and escalating issues when necessary.

Customer Retention: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.

Collaboration: Work with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
